1.8    JMeD does not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. Minors are not permitted to use the JMeD website or services, and JMeD requests that minors under the age of 18 not submit any personal information to the website. Since information regarding minors under the age of 18 is not collected, JMeD does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding minors under the age of 18.

3.       Providing your personal data to others

3.1    All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties

3.2    We may disclose your personal data to our insurers and/or professional advisers insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, obtaining professional advice, or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.

3.3    Your personal data held in our website database will be stored on the servers of our hosting services providers.

3.4    Your personally identifiable information may be provided to a party if JMeD files for bankruptcy, or there is a transfer of the assets or ownership of JMeD in connection with proposed or consummated corporate reorganizations, such as mergers or acquisitions.

4.       International transfers of your personal data

4.1    In this Section 4, we provide information about the circumstances in which your personal data may be transferred to parties outside the United Arab Emirates.

4.2    The hosting facilities for our website might be situated in out of the United Arab Emirates. In case the United Arab Emirates has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws, transfers to hosting facilities will be protected by appropriate safeguards, namely the use of standard data protection clauses adopted or approved by the United Arab Emirates law.
